Local cheese from Hatay region of Turkey, snuggled up with hand prepared Kadayifi with Antep pistachio. Cooked in oven and sooked with syrup.

Ingredients: Shredded phyllo dough (wheat flour, water), unsalted cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, stabilizer (calcium chloride), microbial rennet), pistachio, butter, hydrogenated vegetable oil (date and cotton).
